1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and ry36 ("Platform" or "we"). This Agreement governs the use of all services, websites, mobile applications and content provided by ry36.
By registering an account, making a deposit or using any part of the ry36 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. Users who do not agree with any part of this Agreement are not permitted to use the platform.
ry36 operates under international licensing and complies with all applicable regulatory requirements. This platform is operated to provide a safe, fair and responsible online betting experience for eligible users.
2 User Eligibility
To use the ry36 platform, a user must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the same time:
- Be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
- Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- Not be subject to any legal prohibition, regulation or court order that bars participation in online gambling activities.
- Not be currently enrolled in a self-exclusion programme at any gambling platform.
ry36 reserves the right at any time to request users to submit identity verification documents, including a copy of their identity card (MyKad) or a valid passport, for the purpose of age and identity verification. Accounts that fail to submit the requested documents within the specified timeframe may be suspended until verification is complete.
3 Account Registration and Management
Each individual is only permitted to hold one registered account on the ry36 platform. Holding multiple accounts under the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and is considered fraud. ry36 reserves the right to close all excess accounts and forfeit any existing balances.
All information provided during registration, including full name, mobile phone number, email address and identity card number, must be accurate, complete and up to date at all times. Users are fully responsible for updating their personal information through the account settings section whenever any changes occur.
The account username and password are confidential. Users are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under their account. ry36 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of an account arising from the user's own negligence in keeping their password secure.
ry36 reserves the right to suspend or investigate accounts that show suspicious activity, including but not limited to unusual betting patterns, attempted fraud or possible money laundering.
4 Deposits and Payment Methods
The ry36 platform accepts deposits via the following payment methods:
- Touch 'n Go eWallet
- DuitNow
- Online banking via FPX (including major local banks)
- ShopeePay
- Cryptocurrencies: USDT, BTC and ETH
The minimum deposit amount for all the above payment methods is RM30. No processing fees are charged by ry36 on deposits. Users are responsible for ensuring they comply with the terms and conditions of their respective payment service providers.
ry36 reserves the right to decline or cancel any deposit suspected of involving fraudulent activity or illegitimate sources of funds. In such cases, ry36 will notify the user via email or live chat and the funds will be returned where appropriate.
5 Withdrawals
Users may request a withdrawal through the finance section of their account. The minimum amount per withdrawal is RM50. Withdrawal processing typically takes between 30 minutes and 3 hours after the request is submitted, subject to required verification.
The first withdrawal for each new method requires additional verification for security purposes. ry36 reserves the right to request supporting documents such as proof of e-wallet or bank account ownership before a withdrawal is approved.
Any bonus balance that has not met the wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only actual cash balance is eligible for withdrawal. Users are advised to ensure the relevant wagering requirements have been met before submitting a withdrawal request.
6 Bonus and Promotion Terms
ry36 offers various promotions from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms set at the time the offer is made. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise:
ry36's Welcome Bonus gives a 100% match on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM300. For example, a deposit of RM100 will receive a bonus of RM100, giving a balance of RM200 with a wagering requirement of RM1,000 (RM100 × 10). A deposit of RM800 will receive a bonus of RM300, giving a balance of RM1,100 with a wagering requirement of RM3,000 (RM300 × 10).
- Each new user is eligible to receive the Welcome Bonus once only.
- The bonus cannot be converted directly to cash without meeting the wagering requirements.
- ry36 reserves the right to cancel the bonus if there is evidence of abuse or fraud.
- Unused bonuses will expire automatically after the set period.
- Combining multiple bonuses at the same time is not allowed unless specifically stated.
7 Game Rules
All games available on the ry36 platform are operated by licensed software providers that have undergone independent audits to ensure fairness and randomness of game outcomes. Specific rules for each game are displayed within the respective game interface.
Users acknowledge that game outcomes are random and determined by a certified random number generator. ry36 has no control over individual game outcomes. Results recorded by the ry36 server are final and binding.
Any technical disruption during gameplay will be handled in accordance with ry36's technical disruption policy. In most cases, the game will resume from the last recorded point. ry36 is not responsible for losses arising from a user's internet connection failure.
8 User Responsibilities and Prohibited Conduct
Users agree not to engage in any of the following while using the ry36 platform:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to access or interact with the platform without written permission from ry36.
- Attempting to hack, attack, or compromise the security of the ry36 system in any way.
- Spreading false or misleading information about the ry36 platform to other users.
- Using a ry36 account for money laundering or financing illegal activities.
- Making false claims about ry36's games or services without reasonable basis.
- Sharing an account with another person or allowing a third party to use your account.
Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of the account balance, and possible legal action depending on the severity of the violation.
9 Responsible Gambling
ry36 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all users. We provide various tools and resources to help users manage their betting habits wisely.
Users may contact the ry36 support team at any time to set deposit limits, betting limits, or a break period from the platform. ry36 also provides a self-exclusion option for users who feel they need a longer break from gambling activity.

10 Account Closure and Cancellation
Users have the right to close their account at any time by contacting the ry36 support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable period. Any valid cash balance will be returned to the user once the verification process is complete.
ry36 reserves the right to close or suspend a user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- The user is found to have violated any part of these Terms and Conditions.
- There is suspected activity related to fraud, money laundering, or hacking.
- The user provided false information during registration or identity verification.
- The account has been inactive for an extended period with no transactions.
- There are instructions from a relevant authority.
In cases of account closure due to confirmed fraud, ry36 reserves the right to forfeit all balances including cash and bonuses without any obligation to make a refund.
11 Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ry36 will not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to betting losses, service disruptions, technical errors, or unauthorised access to a user's account resulting from the user's own negligence.
ry36's services are provided "as is" without any express or implied warranty regarding continuous availability, accuracy of content, or suitability for a particular purpose. ry36 does not guarantee that the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted at all times.

12 Amendments to Terms and Governing Law
ry36 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments will take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically to ensure they are always aware of the latest version.
Continued use of the ry36 platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended terms. If a user does not agree with the amendments, they must stop using the platform and close their account.
These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute will be referred to an arbitration body recognised by the relevant licensing authority.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or contrary to law by a court or competent body, that provision will be deemed amended to the extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
